Yayasan Sultanah Bahiyah (www.ysb.com.my)is a charitable organization which takes its name after its royal patron, HRH Tuanku Hajah Bahiyah ibni Almarhum Tuanku Abdul Rahman, The Sultanah of Kedah. Incorporated as a foundation on 20 August 1996, it is a tax exempt organisation. The Yayasan Sultanah Bahiyah is headed by a Board of Trustees and the Chairman is YTM Dato' Seri Tunku Puteri Intan Safinaz Binti Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Tuanku Sultan Haji Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah, SDDK.

Yayasan Sultanah Bahiyah performs two key roles, The first function is an agency of change through its work in the community, its education and training initiatives.
The second function is to collaborate with and provide financial grants to other non-profit organizations in Kedah to help conduct their activities. All programmes are financed by its fund-raising efforts and donations received from the public.
