The Kuala Lumpur Arts Interchange Fair between Korea and Malaysia

  This 5 day exhibition takes place at NN Gallery from the 1st till the 5th of March 2003. Organised by the Korean Creative Arts Association, The Kuala Lumpur Art Interchange exhibition is a joint effort by artists from both Korea and Malaysia, with the support of the Korean Embassy in Malaysia, the Malaysian Watercolour Organisation and NN Gallery to promote greater cultural interaction, advance international relations and strengthen and exchange artistic and cultural ideas between the two countries.

Over 90 artworks representing more than 30 artists are included in the 5 day exhibition. The Korean artists include Hyun Sam Han, Prof. Yang Woo Eur, Ryoo Choon-yub, Kim Oh-sook, Song Won-Sun, Lee In-ha, Park Kuk-ul, Park Myung-Sook, Moon Je-hong, Park Hun-ju, and many others.

Malaysia is represented by members of the Malaysia Watercolour Organisation which include Dr Wong Seng-Tong, Khalil Ibrahim, Md Sani Md Dom, Yong Look Lam, Abdul Ghani Ahmad, Chow Chin Chuan, Calvin Chua, Aminah Abdul Rahman, Dato Tengku Alaudin Tengku Abdul Majid and Rafie Abdul Rahman. NN Gallery artists taking part in the exhibition include Anthony Chan Sai Weng, Alex Ong Boon Hau and Fong Kim Sing.
