This year under the helm of its new Chairman, Pn Aminah Abdul Rahman, the Malaysian Watercolour Society continues to be active in promoting the art of watercolours. New and existing members have brought together a fine collection of works of varying subjects from the traditional to the sublime as well as a diversity of treatement of the medium.
This will be the seventh year that the gallery will have the honour to host this wonderful exhibition which sees a range of artistic expressions which embraces the contrasts between the traditional and new, urban and rural, nature and progress.
The exhibition will be officiated by Y.B. Ambassador Dato Mohd. Yusof Ahmad, Director General of the National Art Gallery, Malaysia on Sunday 20th March 2011 at 1pm.
